The Cheyenne Depot Museum tells the story of Cheyenne’s beginnings during the construction of the Transcontinental Railroad, the Union Pacific Depot, and the Railroad it is named after. As you visit the museum, you will find the Cheyenne Depot Museum and a brewpub/restaurant on the first floor. The upper-level houses offices for various cities and privacy concerns related to tourism, economic development, and the museum. The Union Pacific Main Yard can be seen from the Coupler addition on the west end of the Depot, this is a great chance to experience more of the history of the Cheyenne Depot Museum!
