At first, the Werner Wildlife Museum only had 36 exhibits, and it has grown to almost 400 birds, fish, and animals. When visiting the museum today, you will find many interesting things such as The Lair, an interactive area for children, a garden, a bird feeding station, and a picnic area! The main focus of the museum is native Wyoming wildlife but also houses many birds and animals from all over the world!
The Werner Wildlife Museum was founded in 1964 by Herman Werner. In 1970, Werner donated the building and collections to Casper College.
